A substantial three bedroom bungalow in Muswell Hill, North London, was in need of renovation. The homeowner wanted to remodel the building into a three storey Georgian style townhouse. As well as extending upwards, permission was sought and obtained from the Local Authority for a large side extension.

• Building Control Application and construction drawings created for contractor to build to.
• Structural design of foundations, walls, timber floors and roof, including steel frame design for mansard roof and internal alterations.
• Site inspections and meetings to deal with on site issues
