A Stunning Character Conversion Of The Former Oliver Twist Pub. We were successful in obtaining planning permission to convert this Victorian building into a number of residential properties including 9 apartments, 6 two bedroom (3 include a roof-top balcony) and 3 one bedroom apartments.
This late Victorian / Edwardian property, in a cosmopolitan part of London was badly dilapidated. Despite this the house was fully refurbished and extended in a sympathetic manner that allowed for the creation of an attractive family home.
